Every client is unique and every Personal Training Programme that we offer is bespoke.
At Educogym, we understand that everybody is different. That’s why we individualise your exercise program for your own specific needs. You may want to focus on increasing your fitness, muscle building or fat loss; build your arms, shape your legs or just want to enjoy working out. We will help you to decide what programme is best for you.
- We’ll spend time during your initial consultation to really listen to what you want to achieve and establish clear goals that suit your specific circumstances, that we will then work with you to achieve.
- You will have a dedicated trainer at each session and work out for only 20 minutes each day, which suits busy professionals like many of our clients. We’ll work with you on your nutrition and mindset as well as your body transformation to give the kind of amazing results our current clients, including Robbie Williams and Darren Clarke!
- Our core personal training programme for most new clients is based around our world famous 12 Day University Research Programme, which you can read about here. Whichever you choose, the Personal Training Programme will be adapted and made bespoke to meet your exact goals.
