Here’s what she has to say:
When I started training in Educogym, I had a goal for my final year of college, to get fit, healthy and be confident in my own skin.
I achieved this no doubt within the first 12 weeks, seeing spectacular results from just the 20 minute sessions 3 times a week!
At that stage I was hooked, and 11 months later I still find myself coming in regularly, in addition to eating healthier and actually enjoying cooking to the point that I was often experimenting with healthy alternatives to my favourite foods. I came in every morning before college and it gave me such a boost for the day ahead. Having such craic and pushing myself to new limits was just part of what makes this gym so outstanding.
It might be nerve-wracking for a girl to think of her main form of exercise being lifting serious weights, possibly in the fear that it might make her bulky, but in fact, it made me more shapely and toned than I ever had been before, even at my fittest when I was in school.
Everyone inside in Penrose Wharf was so welcoming and professional, ready to answer questions and give advice at a second’s notice. I couldn’t recommend Educo enough, and in fact I have already, to a number of friends and family who have also confirmed to me just how fantastic this gym really is.
The team really changed my outlook and perception of food and training, I have never been so confident with my body and I have them to thank for that! I couldn’t have done it without their support, motivation and guidance.
